Mindfulness Skills Group
Build a more mindful relationship with yourself
Stress, overthinking, and difficult emotions can make it hard to feel present or respond in ways that support you. This group offers a compassionate space to slow down, build awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses.
Through guided mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, and skills-based discussions, you will learn to notice difficult experiences without immediately reacting to or avoiding them. The focus is not on getting rid of uncomfortable emotions, but on navigating them with greater self-compassion, confidence, and flexibility. No previous mindfulness experience is required.
