Do meaningful work with people who care

We’re building a collaborative, thoughtful practice where clinicians and team members can grow, contribute, and feel supported in the work they do.

A place to grow and contribute

Bring your whole self to the work

At Healthy Minds Therapy, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and connected to something meaningful. We’re looking for team members who care deeply about clients, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a practice that keeps learning and growing.

You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills, contribute your perspective, and build a career that feels sustainable—not just fill a role.
