Substance Use Psychoeducation & Support Group
Rethink your relationship with substances in a supportive space
You do not have to identify a certain way or have everything figured out before joining. This therapist-led virtual group offers a compassionate, judgment-free space to better understand your relationship with alcohol or other substances and explore what change could look like for you.
The group combines education, practical skill-building, and ongoing support, with an emphasis on progress rather than perfection. It is open to adults at different stages of change, whether you are beginning to question your use, working to cut back, or focused on maintaining recovery. The current Healthy Minds page describes the group as centered on psychoeducation, relapse-prevention skills, and compassionate support.
