Meet Samreen
Samreen works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity development, trauma, stress, and self-esteem. Her approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in helping clients feel understood while building practical tools for growth.
-
Therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, or uncertainty about who you are and where you’re headed.
Samreen works to create a supportive space where clients can slow down, better understand what they’re experiencing, and explore what may be keeping them stuck.
She especially enjoys helping clients navigate overthinking, perfectionism, burnout, family dynamics, identity questions, and the pressures that often come with college, career, and young adulthood.
