Olivia tailors therapy to each client’s strengths, life circumstances, values, and goals.
Her work may incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman-informed approaches for couples.
Rather than relying on one fixed method, Olivia works collaboratively with clients to create treatment plans that reflect what matters most to them and support meaningful, sustainable change.
-
Olivia is also an approved Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy and works with both individuals and couples.
Her relational training informs the way she helps clients better understand patterns, strengthen connection, and navigate difficult experiences within close relationships.
She is especially passionate about providing affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ community.
-
Olivia earned her Master of Education through the Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Relationship, Marriage, and Family Therapy programs at William & Mary.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Independent Studies from James Madison University.
