Meet Nina
Nina works with children, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, identity exploration, family and relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Her approach is personalized, strengths-based, and focused on helping clients build the tools and confidence they need to move through life’s challenges.

Nina is passionate about helping clients move toward greater mental wellness and a stronger sense of confidence in themselves.
She works to create a personalized therapeutic experience where clients can better understand what they’re going through, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools for navigating difficult emotions, relationships, and transitions.
At the center of her work is a belief in each client’s capacity for growth and resilience.

Nina uses an integrative approach to therapy and draws from different modalities depending on each client’s needs.
Her work may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
She also brings a strengths-based perspective into the therapeutic process, helping clients recognize what is already working while developing new strategies for the areas that feel more difficult.

Nina earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and is currently practicing as a Resident in Counseling.
She has experience working with children, teens, and adults across a range of emotional, relational, and identity-related concerns.
Nina is currently especially interested in learning more about Internal Family Systems and is continuing to deepen her understanding of that approach.

Nina has a Cavapoo named Kylo.
She also loves Indian food and considers spending time outside at a local park one of her favorite forms of self-care.
