Meet Ne’Elege
Ne’Elege is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and the relationships that shape their lives. She is especially interested in supporting individuals, couples & families as they navigate communication, identity, emotional well-being, and challenges within close relationships.
-
Ne’Elege believes meaningful counseling begins with creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves.
She approaches the work with empathy, openness, and curiosity, recognizing that relationships, identity, culture, and lived experience can all influence how people understand themselves and connect with others.
Her goal is to support clients as they explore those experiences with greater awareness and move toward healing and positive change.

Ne’Elege values connection, authenticity, reflection, and continuous growth.
Her developing clinical approach is particularly informed by an interest in Couples, Marriage, and Family Counseling, along with intersectionality, cultural awareness, and group dynamics.
Rather than separating a person from the relationships and systems around them, Ne’Elege is interested in understanding the larger context of each client’s experience and creating a supportive environment where people can explore challenges openly and intentionally.
-
Ne’Elege is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Couples, Marriage, and Family Counseling.
As a Graduate Level Intern, she continues to develop her clinical skills through learning, reflection, and supervised practice while working toward professional licensure in Virginia.
She works under the supervision of Dr. Michael Deitz, LPC, Director of Graduate Fieldwork at Healthy Minds Therapy.
