Lexie Lytle
Graduate Level Intern
In-person at Fredericksburg, with telehealth across Virginia
Meet Lexie
Lexie is passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes every person brings unique strengths into therapy and works collaboratively to help clients build resilience, confidence, and meaningful change.
-
Lexie believes therapy should feel safe, genuine, and tailored to the individual person in front of her.
She works to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling respected and supported throughout the process.
Authenticity, empathy, and a strong therapeutic relationship are central to the way Lexie approaches the work.
-
Lexie takes a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy, adapting the work to each client’s individual needs.
She draws from evidence-based practices while helping clients recognize their strengths, better understand what they’re experiencing, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
Her goal is to help clients feel empowered rather than directed, with therapy becoming a space where they can build greater confidence in themselves and their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
-
Lexie is a Graduate Level Intern working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia.
She works under the supervision of Dr. Michael Deitz, LPC, Director of Graduate Fieldwork at Healthy Minds Therapy.
-
Outside of therapy, Lexie loves spending time with her family at the lake.
She’s also a big Halloween person and enjoys relaxing with her dog, Salem.
Those quieter moments help keep her grounded and reinforce the value she places on balance, connection, and finding joy in everyday life.
