Her approach may incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian theory, strengths-based work, and creative or expressive techniques.
Kristen is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. She understands the challenges that can come with identity, stigma, societal expectations, and feeling different from the people or systems around you.
Her work focuses on helping clients build resilience, self-understanding, self-compassion, and practical tools that support greater confidence and connection.

She has also played piano for most of her life and enjoys music as a way to unwind and recharge.
And whether it’s a live concert or a big game, Kristen loves being part of a lively crowd and the energy that comes with it.
