David brings trust, humor, and genuine care into the therapeutic relationship. A veteran of the Armed Forces with 20 years of experience working with diverse populations, he helps clients navigate experiences that have disrupted their emotional well-being and find practical ways to build greater resilience and balance.

David recognizes that taking the first step toward therapy requires strength. His goal is to create a safe and honest space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work through what has been weighing on them.

David is trained in psychodynamic theory but doesn’t believe one therapeutic technique works for everyone.
Instead, he takes a holistic and eclectic approach, adapting the therapeutic process to the individual person in front of him.
He also places a strong emphasis on mindful tools and resilience, helping clients develop strategies they can carry into daily life while creating space to better understand the experiences affecting their emotional well-being.
