Antonio White, NCC
Resident in Counseling
In-person at Fairfax, with telehealth across Virginia
Meet Antonio
Antonio works with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, overthinking, and the feeling of being stuck or somehow “off.” His approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in helping clients feel accepted as they are.
-
Antonio often works with people who are used to being the strong one for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed inside.
Therapy with Antonio is a place where you don’t have to have everything figured out or explain yourself perfectly. You can show up as you are, talk through what’s going on, and begin making sense of what may be keeping you stuck.
His goal isn’t to fix you or tell you how to live your life. It’s to work alongside you, help you better understand yourself, and figure out what actually helps at your pace.

Antonio draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed work, and somatic approaches.
Sessions with Antonio are meant to feel like real conversations. Together, you may work on setting boundaries, breaking out of patterns that keep repeating, reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel lost, or exploring who you are and what you want moving forward.
He also cares deeply about creating an affirming space for people from marginalized communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
-
Antonio is convinced that nearly every life situation can somehow be connected to an Ariana Grande lyric.
He also collects vinyl records, probably more than he’ll ever need, and is a big fan of pop culture and horror movies.
And then there’s Celeste, his cat, who is apparently a pretty significant part of the whole personality equation.
